Problem
Invisible’s teams wanted to test product ideas quickly across a wide range of areas, but prototyping was ad hoc. Every team was starting from scratch with its own tools, templates, and process, which slowed everything down and made it hard to learn from what other teams had already tried.
Summary
I led the effort to turn that into a real program: organizing work into cross-functional squads, building a shared Storybook component library so teams weren’t rebuilding the same UI over and over, and standardizing tooling and templates across the board. In under 12 months, the program shipped more than 200 functional prototypes across a wide range of product categories.
My Role
I owned the program end to end — process design, team coordination, resourcing, and driving adoption of the shared tooling that made the pace possible.
Outcomes
- Delivered 200+ functional prototypes in under 12 months across a wide range of product categories
- Built and rolled out a shared Storybook component library, cutting the time teams spent rebuilding common UI from scratch
- Standardized tooling, templates, and process across squads, speeding up time-to-first-prototype
- Helped shift the broader product culture toward faster, lower-cost experimentation
